While the mattress felt much too firm and the bathroom door didn't close properly, the staff were friendly and quick to address our concerns. Consider bringing earplugs, as we heard noise from upstairs.

It was just a great match for strolling around in Glasgow with high value for money. The fridge was handy for my late-night snacks. Bring earplugs for extra comfort during the night.
